Data Storage & Security

Messages are stored as structured JSON files on a private backend server. Access to stored messages is restricted to the portfolio owner through an authenticated admin dashboard. No data is uploaded to third-party cloud providers, shared with external analytics services, or exposed on public endpoints.

The admin dashboard is protected by an access key mechanism. In the current development configuration, the key is stored client-side; for production deployment, server-side authentication with proper session management will be enforced before any deployment to a publicly reachable domain.

Data Sharing

No sharing, period. Information submitted through the contact form is never sold, traded, rented, distributed to advertisers, shared with third-party services, or disclosed to any external entity. Your message stays between you and the portfolio owner for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry or collaboration request.

Retention

Messages are retained for the duration necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a communication record. You may request deletion of your submitted data at any time by sending an email to the contact address listed on the portfolio. Deletion requests are honored within 7 business days, and confirmation of removal will be provided.

Cookies & Tracking

Zero. This portfolio does not set any cookies, does not use local storage for tracking, does not load analytics scripts, and does not embed any third-party iframes. The admin dashboard uses localStorage exclusively for storing the admin access key on the authenticated user's own browser — visitors to the public portfolio have no data written to their browser whatsoever.

Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of any data you have submitted.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate stored information.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data from storage.
• Objection — object to any processing of your data. Since processing is limited to direct response, objection triggers immediate removal of your data from the active queue.

To exercise any of these rights, email the contact address displayed on the portfolio homepage. No identity verification beyond matching the submitted email address is required for simple message-level requests.
